EscalonFIT General Manager: Sales Administration

POSITION:

20-40 Hours / Week.

Full time position desired but part time would be considered with a team to make up the additional hours.

WAGES:

$18-$22 / Hour

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
• Manage members and Trainers and our class schedules.
• Lead and motivate Trainers and Members - Drive Results Sales
• Monitor sales performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate via Social Media, Emails and Phone

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

–Skills: Leader, Outgoing, Self Motivated, Organized, Focused, Good Communicator

• 2 years of experience in sales management or similar.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Generate, maintain & demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic & positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
